5 day innovation sprint –
From a problem to a validated prototype
Innovation sprint, the framework, to generate and validate ideas and solve problems.
The Innovation Sprint is a 5-day workshop that gives you all the tools you need to develop a variety of ideas and test them effectively in the marketplace. The workshop is methodologically designed on divergent and convergent thinking from Design Thinking practice and built along the 6 phases of the Google Design Sprint. The method enables internal as well as external stakeholders to be involved in an efficient co-creation process and thus integrates current research results from open innovation practice (e.g. from the research group Entrepreneurship & Innovation Innsbruck). In the end, the workshop will enable you not only to learn theoretical know-how, creativity techniques and an iterative agile innovation process, but also to present a comprehensive project idea and validated prototypes in a short time.
