The startup program
As part of the six-month INNC program, founding teams receive workshops on relevant startup know-how, regular feedback from experts as well as support for idea development, a personal mentor, the collaborative development of milestones, networking events, access to a fully equipped prototype workshop and a free workspace in the 400 sqm co-working space. Our INNC program is carried out together with Startup.Tirol and is part of a wide range of offers for startups from several institutions in Tirol. Together, we are able to bundle know-how and offer the best possible service for startups. To be accepted as an INNC startup and to benefit from the full services of the InnCubator, startups have to apply online and fulfill defined criteria (degree of innovation, scalability of the business idea, team spirit of the founders). After four weeks of intensive coaching (Essential Weeks), the progress, commitment and performance of the teams will be assessed and evaluated. Based on this, we decide which of the teams will be allowed to participate in the full six months of the program (Pro Weeks). Whether Pro Weeks or not, you will of course remain part of the InnCubator community and continue to receive support. Our new collaborations with the Innovation Space in Kufstein and STARTN in Kitzbühel give startups there the best of both worlds: (1) access to the entire startup ecosystem in Tyrol and (2) additional services and support in their home districts. Overview of included services
Apply now for our next program on November 16! Applications received after November 13 will be considered for the fall 2024 program as desired. Online application: Submit the online form and upload relevant information about your startup. Essential Weeks: After successful evaluation of your business idea, you will receive an invitation and become part of a four-week intensive program. We support you in developing your business idea, building prototypes and identifying your first customers. You have been chosen among the best projects during Essential Weeks? Then you receive a ticket for the Pro Weeks: For another five months we will support you on your journey as an entrepreneur. On the kick-off day of the Pro Weeks, we will assess the status quo of your startup together and set milestones that you can achieve during the Pro Weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
The INNC program is free of charge and we do not take any shares in your company. However, we expect full commitment and willingness to consistently develop your idea throughout the program.
The program is also feasible for employed people. Our workshops take place 1-2 times a week, always in the evening. The rest of the time spent on the program can be managed freely. Many of our participants take advantage of this offer and work mostly in the (for the duration of the program) free coworking space at our InnCubator.
The first step for participating in the INNC program is the online application, which you can find on this page. As soon as the online application has been submitted, we will contact you and arrange an initial meeting at the InnCubator. This meeting serves to get to know you and your idea better and also gives you the opportunity to get to know the InnCubator in detail.
Yes, you have to come up with the business idea yourself. We support you in the development and elaboration of your business idea.
Having founded a business is not a prerequisite for the INNC program. Of course, you can also participate as a founder, however we strongly recommend you to consider the timing of founding carefully. The most important aspects are then discussed in the INNC Program.
No, of course you don’t have to. The majority of the startups we support are not yet on the market at the start of the program, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t already have your first sales.
The InnCubator does not offer financial support for startups. However, we intensively examine the types of financing, especially the topic of funding, within the framework of the INNC program.
We accept applications from teams as well as from individuals. The size of the team is not a crucial factor. If a whole football team wants to participate, one has to question the purpose of course.
Of course not! An essential building block for success in the startup sector is the network of exchange in the ecosystem. That is why we have Startup.Tirol together with our direct project sponsors (University of Innsbruck and Tyrol Chamber of Commerce) for the INNC program. Cooperating with the advisors from Startup.Tirol, we run the INNC program. In addition, you will be surprised how many experts from different fields you will meet during the program and the workshops.
