Icons – consulting by students is the largest student-run management consultancy in Austria. Interdisciplinary teams of top students from a wide range of disciplines develop sustainable solutions for partners. As a junior enterprise and member of the Junior Enterprise Network, all members of icons – consulting by students are active students. In this way, icons – consulting by students combines the current research of academia with the challenges of business in its consulting activities. The consulting portfolio of icons – consulting by students includes classic strategy consulting as well as services in the areas of sales, marketing, human resources and IT. icons – consulting by students was founded in 2006 by students of the University of Innsbruck as an association and has since opened additional offices in Graz and Vienna. In the past years, solutions for external clients have been developed in more than 280 successful projects. As InnCubator we have a long-standing cooperation. Every semester, highly motivated candidates from icons – consulting by students work on projects for Tyrolean start-ups, which on the one hand supports entrepreneurs in their early days and on the other hand allows students to gain exciting experience on real projects.
